Location: Property is located 23 miles south of Auburn, 45 miles southeast of Montgomery, and 42 miles southwest of Columbus, GA.
Size: 187.52 +/- acres
Land: Rolling hills with mature hardwoods in the bottoms and pine on the hills. The tract is named for the abundance of wild plums that grow in the sandy loam soil. Most of the planted pine is 15 years old and due to be thinned.
